- Atari games were such a part of my life as a little boy, and to all my friends, that we would love to play it all day long and share games with one another. Now that i am older and the company no longer makes these wonderful little games, it makes me feel good to see so many other people out there, such as your self (AGH), keeping the history of this once great company very much alive.
Keep on doing the great work that you are doing, and if there is anything a person like my self could ever do to help you please feel free to ask. Efren (The Ataripitbull) Ramirez.

- I'm trying to find the USA release dates of the "official" (500 or less) games made for the Atari 2600 VCS by all companies, such as Atari, Activision, Imagic, M Network, Parker Brothers, 20th Century Fox, U.S. Games, Data Age, Spectravision, and so on. I hope to find the information from the time the Atari VCS came out in 1977, to 1984 and maybe some of those which came out after that in the late 1980s.
Information that lists, Game - Month/Year - Company, would be great, but I would be happy with just knowing the season a game came out. I'm trying to get it straight in my head about the order the games came out each year. For example, was Grand Prix by Activision out before a certain Atari made game, and so on. I've asked "The Atari Historical Society", "I. C. When", "Atari Gaming HQ", "Leonard Herman", and many others, but none of them have the answer. I found some web sites that only listed the year each game was released. I. C. When only has month/year release dates on a handfull of Atari And Activision games. Do you know of anyone who collected this kind of information, such as an Atari employee, a video game salesperson, or someone who worked for a video game magazine back then? Since no web site lists this information yet, I'll put it on the internet myself (free for everyone to see), because I know I'm not the only one who would love to see the month and year each game came out. It will help trigger memories from that magical time. All I need is your help to find the information. I hope you have it or know where I can get it. Don't worry, I'll give you credit if you help me (unless you don't want it). Thanks for your help, Duane Alan Hahn P.S. If you have any information, you can leave a message at my web site. http://www.homestead.com/FiAtari2600Memories/

- back in the early 80's i played the hell out of asteroids on the atari 2600 game console until i came across megamania, this game had me so involved that myself and my boyfriend(at the time,"husband now") would play this game over and over again just trying to beat the thing. finally my boyfriend beat the damn thing and we took a picture of the screen and mailed it in to atari, but we never got a response, however i will never forget the pleasure that game provided, and would really like to find it too play again, alas, the atari 2600 belonged to my son at the time and God knows what has been done to it since
