If you couldn't guess it from either the title or the label art, this is a game in the Twinbee series and is the sequel to the game released in the US as Stinger (the second in the series). The original game (Twinbee) was a cart and disk-system release way back in 1985 and is kind of like Stinger, but with overhead stages only.

Besides the three NES games, there is also Pop 'n Twinbee for the SFC, which is an excellent shooter and coveted by SNES freaks across the globe. And I guess we shouldn't forget about the Konami Wai Wai World appearance...
