Here's Space Harrier, made by Takara (who later got a name in the US by porting Neo-Geo games to the SNES) with a license from Sega. Although many of Sega's arcade titles (like Fantasy Zone, After Burner and Alien Syndrome) were published by Tengen in America, Sega licensed its creations to several companies for Japan release. Most of the Sega originals were released by Sunsoft in Japan, but Takara got their hands on this name, and Asmik released a Famicom port of Altered Beast in late 1989.
