Some, but not many, multicarts were made for the NES and imported to America. Piracy isn't (wasn't) a huge part of cart sales in the US (unlike Japan and so on) and anti-piracy and importing laws were more stringently enforced (Nintendo Power publishing an anti-piracy paragraph or two every now and then helped things too). However, some carts still made it through, although you never saw them sold at Kay-Bee. Most NES multicart labels were just the label for the Famicom version slapped sideways on a NES cart, but this one made the extra effort and listed all the games vertically on the label. Pic: AlanD
