BIOS
The 2K BIOS has three functions:
1) To initialize the system, draw the Atari rainbow logo, and
transfer control to the cartridge. Note: Some cartridges bypass
the Atari logo and init the system on their own.
2) To service interrupts.
3) To maintain RAM copies (shadows) of important hardware registers.
